Tai Chi for Health Program
The Tai Chi for Health program takes the best health related Tai Chi forms and Qigong exercise sets from the top
masters worldwide. The first three levels of the program is designed for group classes while higher levels require private
lessons to obtain certification. In the first three levels students are given their choice of three styles - the Yang, Sun and
Modern styles. For the advanced levels 4-6 the student must focus on either the Yang or Sun family style.
